This day, last year

Sometimes I browse through my old posts to gauge how much my life has improved... Last year on May 12th, life was good. I had started my (failed) summer reading challenge, was pushing through post-Ragtime blues, and really involved with Fusion's music.

Fond, fond memories. Why must things change?

Fortunately, books always stay the same. And I've decided to pick up with where I left of with my thrifted summer reading list.

Maybe my tastes will have changed a little, or my desire to leave no book unfinished with keep me on track.
